I found that customer service agents are very well trained in the reporting policies of their company. I called 4 companies last night and 3 said yes, one said no. Sadly, the no came from the main one that I wanted a yes from

If you are an authorized user, I would suggest calling the creditor directly to ask them if they report, and if that is what you want ask if they can please update the credit report if they do in fact report au accounts.

If it is a bad listing, then you definitely don't want it on your credit report, if that happens, usually disputing not having authorized the account, please remove. This works I have used it before to get bad au account listings off.
