hi, i am an international student pursuing graduate engineering education. came to usa in january 2006. got a credit card from my univ credit union with limit of $500.
i usually have a balance of $350 in the statement and i have always paid up the whole amount, within the grace period. never paid interest.
now i want to apply for another credit card - american express blue or citi student card, with no annual fee and low apr. which one is easier to get and better?
