Banks will come out with such a card sometime in 2007. Trust me.
As for NOW, banks don't make the huge markups that furniture stores make. Stores offering such terms jack up their prices to cover the interest, then phrase their sales approach to make it seem like you're getting a deal.
I remember reading a marketing journal report about a firm that regularly had 10% or 15% off sale days without much response. It then offered a TAX FREE DAY--WE PAY THE SALES TAX! Customers swarmed in.
But the sales tax was only 7% in that area. The other discounts it offered were much better. People responded to that phrasing about sales tax, though. Go figure.

Chase has a mail solicitation out for 0% on purchases and bts until 3/08, probably technically the first day of the billing cycle including 4/1/08. There's a 3% fee on bts not done on the application, though.
