Post subject: Juniper Bank really great to me!!!

I got a Juniper Us Airways mastercard 4 months ago, they gave me a $2500.00 credit limit ...called a couple of days ago and asked for an increase, the rep gave me $500.00 increase over the phone.
I asked for their fax number and got it, this morning i faxed them a letter stating that i have a B of A us airways visa signature card, and that they gave me a $25500.00 limit ( which is true). I politely asked them if there was anything they could do for me.
Afer sending the fax i called to verify that they received my fax, the rep said she wasnt by the fax machine but that they would get back to me within 10 days. By 3.30 pm this afternoon a rep called me and left a friendly message that they had received my fax and that i was approved for another increase...i went online and they had already increased me to $30 000.00!!
My highest limit yet!!!!
I called back and thanked them , the rep then told me...we are really trying to improve our customer service!! By the way, i never even used that card for more than a purchase for $12 and i did a initial balace transfer for $1000 with the application!!
I must say i am very very pleased with them ...

Post subject: Juniper Bank Credit Card Review

FWIW -- We're looking at a MAJOR credit reporting problem on our Juniper/Barclays US Airways a/c.

This account, which reports as a revolving account, is not reporting the credit limit assigned to the account. Worse yet, the reporting shows the account high limit reported as both high limit and CREDIT LIMIT.

Thus, even though my wife's CL is $20K, the credit report I'm looking at shows a $65 balance, $65 high credit, AND $65 CREDIT LIMIT.

Unlike VISA "Signature" accounts, where no reported Credit Limit doesn't appear to be a major problem, this account simply looks like it's MAXED OUT. Her credit scores have been depressed across the board.

Can't wait to see how much a headache this is going to be to straighten out ... hope for the best.
