Are the Orchard secured mastercards any good? Is Orchard a reputable company?

I think household bank is the better card for rebuilding your credit. The fees are lower than most of the bad credit cards, secured or not.

Have you tried to get an unsecured card yet?

I will tell you from experiance that Chase seems to have the best interest rates, yearly fee and lower deposit amounts.
