CASH ADVANCE is rarely under 19.99%
ADD A FEE OF 3% or 4% ON TOP OF THAT
Sometimes you only have a CASH ADVANCE credit limit of 15%--50% of the total credit limit for the account
"IF" THIS IS A BALANCE TRANSFER THEN THAT IS NOT A CASH ADVANCE
2 DIFFERENT ANIMALS
A CASH ADVANCE YOU GO TO THE BANK WITH THE CARD AND WALK OUT WITH THE CASH IN HAND
A BALANCE TRANSFER THEY DO AN EFT or MAIL A CHECK or YOU MAIL YOUR OWN CHECK TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU WANT TO PAY OFF
THERE CAN BE NO FEE
SOMETIMES THERE IS A FEE
SOMETIMES AS HIGH AS $75
SOMETIMES THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE FEE
(so you could pay $100's or even $1,000+)
