American Express Customer Service Review

I called Amex to let them know I'd be doing some travelling with the Hilton card. I've had this card for a year and barely used it(Blue is my #1 card) so I figured I'd let them know. My high balance on the card to date is $42. 14k cl.

It took a few minutes to talk to a rep but she was nice and understood the matter at hand. She asked for the states I'd be travelling through and date of return. Another good experience with their customer service.
