Congrats!
I have a capital one w/6.9% fixed as well.
While that’s not a bad rate, I don’t use it. I use BT rates of 3.9% or less where available..

For close to 2 years now. I call all of my card issuers annually and ask them to lower my rate. Usually they will..
What’s the worst thing they can say? “sorry”..
So it’s always worth a try!
