Credit Tips: Is There a Better Time to Apply for a Credit Card?

Post subject: Best time to apply?

I was just wondering when is the best time to apply for a credit card? Monday? Mid-week? End of the week? Weekend? Or does it even matter when you are just using an online application form?

Best time depends on where the computer taking the application is located. If you wake it up, it could be grumpy.

Can’t have a grumpy computer, otherwise you’ll get a low CL! I guess my question was more along the lines of do they actually approve applications over the weekends?
