Junk solicitation call.

If you've opted out of marketing calls via the Do Not Call registry, then you should return the call, find out who the calling party is, and file a complaint.

If you haven't opted out, you should do so immediately if you want to discontinue such calls.

If a live person calls from one of your existing credit card issurers, than it may be worth listening to. Discover called me a month ago offering me a balance transfer at 3% for nine months on my $15,500 credit limit. Of couse I said yes.

Precisely why I'm not on the do not call list.
