Post subject: FIA Card Services

This used to be a card division of MBNA and now services some of MBNAs old cards and also some BOA cards such as the new BOA-Amex.

Anyway, I called them yesterday and talked to a credit analyst. The routine with an analyst is the same as it was with MBNA, but it does seem like they’ve loosened up a bit. I was very impressed with the experience. She even called me back this morning to confirm everything was taken care of.

She also told me that although a CSR can’t connect you with specific analyst by name, you can request the CSR send the analyst an email and you will get a callback.
