I find the People at MBNA the best, worse……?

I vote HSBC - worst by far. No one speaks english except on occasion

MBNA and AMEX are the best in my opinion, and I’ve heard that the Nordstrom’s card customer service folks are great (which wouldn’t be surprising at all).

The only rude rep I dealt with was on a Washington Mutual card back when they were issued by Citibank.

bank of america good for me so far.
hsbc kind of rude.
providan was nice so far.
citi bank was very rude (and not understandable).
mbna was rude at times, but nice at times.
