Arriva Credit Card Review

I thought this was an interesting new card. It's basically a cash-advance card, up to 100% of your limit, with a grace period on interest. It can be used at more than 700 casinos across the US.

I got really excited, but it look like they still charge a 3% transaction fee on cash advances, which I think includes casino chips.

Right--the 3% transaction fee has no cap and you're charged it regardless of when you pay back the loan. It's probably better than using a regular cash advance card at casinos, but that's about it. Only for the desperate!
