Airline Miles Credit Card Tips

Post subject: Recommend a Card for Air Miles?

My job has recently changed to involve more travel for me. It would be nice to take my husband along at least once a year, if I can pay for the ticket with credit miles. I'm looking for $0 annual fee, frequent buyer, not frequent flyer. We spend between 2-3 thousand on credit cards monthly, but pay them off with each bill, so interest is not an issue. I guess any airline/any date is necessary since my travel is not all to the same place. (06 - Tampa, 07 - Seattle) I was checking out Capital One No Hassle Miles. It appears to be 1 mile for every $1 spent with 20,000 miles extra for spending over $3,000 yearly for the first two years. No annual fee, no late fee. Basically you take the ticket price times 100 to see how many "miles" you need.

Would a good "cash back" program be better?
