Post subject: Want a rewards cards
I don't know if its possible, but I would really like to get a rewards credit card. Here is a look at the credit history
Bankruptcy discharged in 12/04
Since then perfect payment history on credit cards
Aspire Visa
CL $300
Closed after 6 months (used to increase credit scores, but didn't want to keep paying fees.)
Orchard Bank Unsecured since 12/04
Initial credit limit $300
Currect limit $800 (automatic CLI)
Balance=$0
Capital One since 12/04
Initial and current limit=$300
Balance=$0
First premier Bank
CL=$300
Closed
Closed after 6 months (used to increase credit scores, but didn't want to keep paying fees.)
Cross Country Bank since 06/05
CL=$750
offer CLI of 300 but would charge $100, I said no
Balance =0
Capital One TJX card since 6/05
CL=$1000
Balance=$0
FNBM now Credit One Bank since 12/05
CL=$300
Balance=$0
Merrick Bank 03/06
Limit=$1000
Balance=$0
Two collection accounts on record that was not discharged in BK
Medical bills occured prior to BK, but I was not aware of them, didn't show up to credit report until post-BK.
Really want a rewards card to charge things like my cell phone bill and other monthly bills to and pay off at the end of each month, instead of money comming out of my bank account, since I do not get rewards or any credit benefit from that.
I really would like Citi but a Citi card was discharged in BK, so I am not sure how likely that would be.
Last time I bought a experian score was in April it was 560
Thanks for any input.[/code]

I would say (IMHO) that your going to have to wait for a while, if it was discharged in 04, its still fresh.
Take the cards you have, be good, and good will come.
