Post subject: Is it best to wait to apply for an AmEx business card..

until I have my FEIN? I have my bsuiness name and am going to file incorporation papers soon. Should I wait to apply for an OPEN card till I have my FEIN ?

I have a sole-propriety business and work out of home. I applied last Sunday for an AMEX Biz Card and got approved today. I’m not sure if that helps you but just letting you know my experience.

Did you use your SS # or do you have a tax ID #?

I don’t have a Tax ID# so yeah, just SSN#.
