Post subject: Any alternatives to Capital One Prestige?

I’m looking for an emergency card with a super low interest rate, no annual fee, and no balance transfer fee, preferably no cash advance fee either. The cap1 platinum prestige mastercard has the best terms I’ve found, but I really hate cap1, so does anyone know of another card with similar terms?
