Post subject: regal entertainment card

does anybody have this card? it issued by chase. i dont plan to use it except for going to the movies. you get free movie ticket every 1200 points, but when used at the movie theater, you earn 4 pts p/dollar.

so you have to spend $3000 at regal cinemas before they give you ONE free movie ticket?!?!?!?! i don’t think i have spent $3000 in an entire decade of watching movies!!!

Just look at it this way, $3,000 at the typical 1% cash back rate (at the very least) is $30. I think that $30 will buy you more than 1 movie ticket, at least 2, if not 3 or 4. What a deal, eh? Of course it’s obvious you should find another card to work for you if you visit the theatre that often.
