Post subject: best purchase guarantees

hi, my question doesnt concern fraud protection but return protection when the merchant won’t take back an item. it seems that only amex has it and even then there is a cap. which credit cards have the best purchase guarantees with the highest limits? i called all mine and they all said “we do have that … on another card”

Never used it

“IF” the store won’t return it for credit for like 90 days I DON’T BUY IT FROM THEM

None of my cards offer this.

How often does this happen to you? Is it really a feature you need?

i plan to buy some stuff online (Ebay etc) for the first time and i’m seeing how much protection i can get .
