Choosemyrewards.com Review of Credit Card Rewards

Post subject: Enrolling on choosemyrewards.com

I received my Chase Rewards Plus Mastercard in the mail about 2 and a half weeks ago. Ever since I've been trying to enroll at choosemyrewards.com so I can manage my reward points. The site hasn't let me enroll so I called a CSR and was told that they don't have access to the site and I should try waiting another week and see if it works then. A couple questions:

1.) Has anyone else enrolled at choosemyrewards.com with their Rewards Plus card? If so, how long after receiving the card did you wait?

2.) Anyone know who I should talk to if I still can't enroll in a week? I know I could probably call up a CSR and spend an hour being transferred around to 5 different people to get the answer, but thought it would be more efficient to ask the community.

more wonderful chase customer service I would actually wait until after your first billing statement. Points only get updated there once a month after billing.

I'd say wait until you get your first statement in the mail. By then 1) you'll have points to view and 2) will be enough time for the choosemyrewards.com server to receive the info from the chase.com server.

I had the same thing when I got my Rewards Plus card. But when I waited until the first statement arrived, I could register with no problem.
