Post subject: Best Cash Back Big Spender Card–or Strategy
Hi all,
Ok–It’s not my money– but with my business I spend around 200k per year on my personal credit cards. I have a Fidelity Investment Rewards card at 1.5% cash back but it caps out with 100k of spending. I noticed the emigrantdirect card at 1.4% (with 10k savings account) and no annual limit? Any other ideas?
Also wonder if I could get a Fidelity 529 card too? Or do you think they wouldn’t let me get away with that?
Thanks
mark

You can always get multiple Fidelity cards, each with a $1,500 earning cap.

My suggestion:
Bank of America Power Rewards Visa Platinum
1 point for every dollar spent
No limit to the amount of points you can earn in 1 year
Redeem 50,000 points for $1,000 statement credit,
Equivalent of 2% cash back on all your purchases
Points don’t expire for 5 years.

thanks quiznet1
I checked the power rewards card, as mentioned elsewhere they don’t show the 30k or 50k point rewards although I did verify that on the phone.
The agent on the phone couldn’t tell me if I would recieve a written rewards program/brochure with my credit card. Does anyone know if you get the 30k or 50k rewards mentioned in writing anywhere? Further, the agent didn’t know if there was maximum number of points you could accumulate in any month/year. Does anyone have that info??
