Post subject: 0% Fixed APR for 20 months; Thanks Washingtion Mutual!
Lately I have been ignoring the pre-approved business cards I have been receiving but the one I got in the mail today real caught my eye mainly because of this unheard of intro period:
No interest on purchases until January 1, 2008
by simply transferring a balance of at least $100*
After the promotional period is over, my APR will be 2.49% over prime so I will definitely be accepting this credit card. In order to avoid the 'payments will be applied to the lowest APR' trap, I plan on transferring a small balance, paying it off and then strictly using the card for purchases at 0%. Sorry Advanta!

I'm a former co-owner of a security company but now work as a manager in the pharmaceutical industry. My future plans are to open either a management consulting company or another security business.
Off topic; what part of Milwaukee are you from?
