Post subject: $0 annual fee on secured credit cards! wow!

I was looking for a secured credit card and found that some of them have a $0 annual fee. here’s the link.

they are mostly credit unions, but if you live in the bank’s area you can become a member.

Loophole: At DFC Digital Federal Credit Union you can be a Monster.com member and be eligible to be a member of their credit union. THen you can get the $0 annual fee secured visa. If your not a member, you can just join monster.com online for free.
