Post subject: Target guest card approval
hi,
I have scores of TU 595, EQ 585, EX 581. I also have several charge offs and collections. I have heard several people on this board say that they have had luck with the Target guest card. What are my chances of approval since my credit sucks(actively working on cleaning it up, though)?

Good question. Have you checked our consumer reviews section here:

Also, have you tried a secured card?

i just got approved today for a target card and my numbers are VERY similar to yours for all three credit bureaus...i'm working on rebuilding my credit as well and i think one of the things that helped me get the target card was that i've had a JCPenney card for exactly a year and an Orchard MC for about 5 months, both are always paid well in advance of the due date and i'm carrying a small balance on both, no late payments though
i say go for it, good luck
