Post subject: What CC companies have you had problems with
Just like the topic says. You could also add, what card companies you have heard a lot of negative things about. It was strange, because I was out to dinner with some friends and one of them starting talking about the problems she has had with Chase, and I had just been approved for a Chase card. I would assume that each individual would have different experiences with each card

I just been approved for Chase also, I’m still waiting on my card they mailed it out on Feb 9, 2006. I hope it is a one of a kind problem with Chase also. I never really heard anything negative about them until now.

None!
If you pay your bills on time and don’t overextend yourself you’ll NEVER have problems with ANY credit issuer.

I’m having problems with Walmart Discover cc with two credit report agencies (TU & EXP). While Equifax appears the account correctly (paid as agreed), in Exp appears the account closed and in Transunion appears as derogatory. I’ve disputed several times with Experian , and always appears as account closed.

Interesting thread. Check our 20K consumer reviews section here:

Typically subprime issuers get the brunt of criticism (and rightfully so!).
