Post subject: Is there an online form to check the status of a Citi CC app

I got the dreaded “we need more time to review” response when I applied online. It says I need to wait about 30 days for a mailed response! Is there a way to check on the status online or automated phone servive w/out calling them every day?

Citi is sooo fast! I also got the 7-10 message but my cards were in my mailbox in 5 days!!!!

You can just call their customer service #… tell them your checking on an application and they’ll put you thru to the right department.

I applied for a Diamond Rewards card two weekends ago so I figure they got the app last Monday morning. Called and was told on Wednesday that app was approved but still haven’t seen the card. Today will be 8 business days I guess. They took almost a month when I got my first Citi account.
