Credit Tips: Chase Credit Card Offer With Free Ipod

Post subject: Chase - ipod nano
Hi all
I had earlier applied for a chase mastercard which came along with an enticing offer for an ipod nano if I manage to spend 300$ within 6 months. I did that in less than 2 days (college tuition). I did recieve my ipod voucher which I faithfully signed and returned immediately. However even after 2 months I have yet to have the ipod. I tried calling the customer service only to have the reply that it is the holidays and it will be in the mail soon.
Does any one else have a different experience.
