Already a popular offer, Chase just extended the 0% APR offer on it's Chase Platinum Visa Card to 15 months . The 0% APR is good for both purhcases and balance transfers. To get the full 15 months at 0% you will need good credit, otherwise you may still qualify for a shorter term.
Apparently Chase is competing with the American Express Blue card which offers 15 months at 0% on purchases.

Post subject: Ideas On How to Secure This Card
I already have 2 Chase Visa cards; one was from Bank One. One CC is 0% til March 2006 and the other is 3.8%.
Would I have a better chance in obtaining 0% for 15 months by paying both cards off before applying?
My goal is to get my debt into as many 0% deals with the greatest length of time. My overall debt utilization rate is about 38% on 8 cards; however 3 of the 8 are over 90%. I could redistribute these 3 cards to get their utilization rates much lower by accessing the 5 other cards.
What actions should I take to put me in a favorable situation to be granted the Chase 0% for 15 months. I was denied Amex Blue about 9 months ago. My credti score is in the low 700's.

I think you will have better luck if you can get each card below 50% before applying for more credit. Some here have suggested 30% as optimum.
