BankOne Chase Credit Card Tips

Any other former BankOne bank members get your Chase replacement card today? My BankOne card was not due to expire for another year and half. I guess Chase wanted me to use there branded card now that bank one is gone.

I have had a 7.99% FIXED (if you read the terms, fixed means as long as they feel like keeping it like that) rate on this card after the 0% period ended. Do you think Chase will kill this rate?

In my case yes , but the difference between are few , a new card , other benefits. However those came from pre-BankOne Chase aren't as lucky, because some of these cards(most of them rewards cc) are not longer available and they have to change to a new ones.

Yes, all of my Bank One/First USA cards have been converted to the new Chase generic rewards card design. Even my Chase Freedom card (which was essentially renamed to the Chase PerfectCard) was replaced with the generic rewards design. I'm kinda disappointed. Now I have to look at the card number and try to remember which is which rather than going by the card design.
