Post subject: Best/Worst CC websites
Just wondering how each member rates the best and worst CC companies websites.
IMHO, the Best is Disover for ease of use, Worst is Chase, very user unfriendly.
Lets hear from the other members on this.

Great thread! I like AmEx since they recently implemented a new look/interface.

Discover is not best since you can only have one card per account. I have two discover cards so two users names. Login, check it, logout, login other account, bah.
jlrdc909, can you be more specifc why Discover is easy and Chase is not?
I only one problem with Chase, rewards on another web site. Otherwise links to everything right there on first page, recent activity, statements. Lists due dates, balance and limits. Much more information visible on first page than MBNA. Citi is good too, not sure how it looks with muitiple cards since I only have one.
However I like MBNA for its bill pay and citi because you can mail yourself a BT check. But those are features not really user friendlyness,
BoA, ug, could not pick my own username they based it on my SSN.
Mostly I find them all pretty much the same, just quirks like discover's one card per username or BoA SSN=username.
To me the features the website/credit card/company offer are much more imporant like MBNA's bill pay or Citi's BT checks to yourself. Or which offer Quicken direct connect.

Citibank you have to link your accounts for them to show up under 1 id. Chase does it auto. It doesnt look like MBNA has an email link to contact for info. which is kinda odd. I agree they are all about the same with similar services.

I am able to find whatever I need usually so my basis for judgement is mostly aesthetic.
MBNA = best. I see my college mascot every time I log on, oh, but commenting on their functionality, they are the only ones I have that display up-to-the-minute transaction info. I wish they were still my primary purchase card but I'm still enjoying and slowly paying off my low APR balance on their account.
Discover = ... um... seems very basic and they only let you make online payments once every 8 days. Quite frustrating, I actually mostly transfer my balances to C1 whenever my grace period is about to expire.
Cap One: Awesome, especially for payments. They apply payments either the same day or next, and you can make payments online once every 24 hours, I think.
Chase seems alright. I have two cards with them and finally called up and had them add the second one on. They haven't given me enough good deals to really evaluate their online service, but I think they apply payments same day.
