Chase Cash Plus Credit Card Review

Does anyone know the difference between these two cards? The Chase website doesn't tell you anything about the rewards structure. I have Chase Cash Plus, but I am wondering if Rewards Plus is a better card. I only want cash, not gift certificates.
Are they both on a calendar year basis? I was thinking about calling Chase to change programs.
Does anyone have this card? How does it work?

Cash Plus - Max of 30,000 points per year = $300 cash only...redeemable at $50 increments.
Rewards Plus - Max of 75,000 points per year = $750 cash/gift cards, you can receive $600 in cash per year and $150 in gift cards...redeemable at $100 increments.
I'm not sure whether it goes by calendar year or anniversary date. I've thought about switching from the Cash Plus to Rewards Plus as well but my wife and I don't spend enough to max out both the Citi Dividend and the Cash Plus so I'm not gonna switch it yet...possibly in the future.

I have all three cards y'all mention. According to the information they provided me when I signed up... The Chase Cash Plus and Citi Dividend are based on calendar year. The Chase Rewards Plus is based on anniversary year. A difference between Citi and Chase is Citi automatically sends a check when you accumulate $100 in rewards, whereas with Chase you need to request a check online or phone.
With the Rewards Plus card, you can redeem cash for less than $100, but it would cost more in points than waiting for 10,000 pts to get $100. However, you can get a $50 merchant gift card for 5,000 pts.
And, yes, catalyst4christ is correct that the Citi Dividend and Chase Cash Plus are limited to $300 per year and Chase Rewards Plus is limited to $750 per year ($600 cash limit).
