Capital One Credit Card Increase

I've been lurking your boards. Just wanted to thank you for the information on this site.
I just got off the phone with Capitol One. I had their bad credit gold card with a CL of $200. I requested to talk to an account rep because the $72/ yr fees and a 200 limit didn't work for me and I have always paid my account perfectly. I got this card in 2001 with an average of somewhere under 520 credit score. My average score between the 3 is 570's now. With much pushing and information from this board I got a $500 increase. Thanks guys!
I also got a target card too.
