I had been looking to get a better rate on my Amex Blue Cash, have 12.49 wanted a bit better though I have never carried a balance never had interest. I call the Amex Ex offices. Talked to a wonderfully polite person who said she would call be back in an hour and see what she could do. She said that she could not get me a lower rate at this time but wanted to do something so she said she would give me a ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollar statement credit.

Now thats what I call service.

She also gave me her name and extention and told me to call her every couple of months to see if she could do anything.

Im so happy!!!!!!!!!!!
