Post subject: Stopping Unwanted Telephone Calls From Creditors

How can I get a creditor to stop calling my house? This person is calling looking for a relative that does not live here. I politely told the man that this person does not live here & I have no information about them. He said he would take my name off their list. He called back again last night & I told him the same thing again & that I had him on caller ID & he hung up on me in mid sentence. What can I do to stop him from calling?

Send the C&D letter.
Once they get it it’s a 1000 bucks per call after that.
