Welcome to the board! The Town North Card is a great low rate card. One that a lot of folks aren't aware of. Smaller issuer based in the Dallas area I believe, but anyone can apply. Just make sure you've got great credit. You can find out more info. here:

Honestly, I don't remember the site...but it was on one of your lists...(I remember the Motley Fool website on the same list).

Sorry I couldn't be more specific. I think I'll pass on this since I have a bankruptcy on my report from 1995 (don't think I'll qualify)
