Can someone please explain this two-cycle method they are using?

I don't think this is too bad of a deal for getting 12 months 0% then to 8.9% following.
Looks like the best so far out of all the credit cards - comments?

Double cycle billing.
This is where you are charged interest in 2 month incriments rather than the normal way.
Lets say,for example, you charge 500.00 one month. You pay that off completely. The next month, you charge another 500.00 but only pay 250.00 of it off. You will still be charged interest on the previous 500.00 you paid off because its in the 2 month cycle period.
Personally, I think its immoral and should be illegal. But its in the fine print.
Discover is notorious for this also.
