I had a bad experience with USAA. I had there card for nearly 20 years and they have a good program, but there
customer service stinks. They kept putting bogus charges on my account by mistake to offset other mistakes they had made on my account. Everytime I called to complain about it things got worse. Too bad they have so many bone heads working for them, because they really do have a good program until you have problems.

The entire USAA industry (insurance,banking, and credit)I have been using for some years. It sounds like you got some bad service, but to me this sounds like one rotten apple. I have always had great cust service with USAA.
