Does anyone know who offers the mastercard World Card or the Visa Signature Card? I current have the citibank AA world card, but they have a $85 annual fee. Are there any companies out there with no annual fee?

Currently (to the best of my knowledge), Citibank is the only bank that offers the Worldcard product. The idea behind it is not exactly unique (no preset spending limit), but I believe they are the first to offer this feature on a Mastercard product. Citibank also offers the Signature series of cards. Again, to the best of my knowledge, Citibank is the only bank currently offering this type of card, which is again, a no preset spending limit card. As I understand it, the Visa association created the "Signature" concept, so there is some possibility that other banks may offer "signature" type cards in the future. As for the fee, you won't find anyone else offering the same product, so if you like it enough, I would imagine you'll wind up paying the fee. Personally, I've been quite happy with my Citibank card, and their AAdvantage program with American Airlines has been rated as the best frequent-flyer affinity program numerous times.
