we are looking for a business credit card where I can get all transactions for the month ( as they occur) on-line - our current card only gives the last 10 transactions

Not sure about business cards, but Citibank's online access for personal cards is very good. You do not see transactions in real time, they appear a couple of days later, but it's still very good. You can see sample screens on their site.

I know AmEx offers a wide range of online services for their business cards. I think there is a posting delay of at most 24 hours. You can view your current statement period (full month), as well as prior periods. More info./links here:
