Hello Everyone

Can anbody please advise me
how / where I can get a credit card.

I am British. I live in France.
I do not have a US social security number.
I do not have US residency.

I do have a US mailing address
just to receive correspondence so I
could receive some letters from a US / offshore
bank which can be redirected to me in France.

I do not have a US bank account.

I might be prepared to apply for a
“secured cc” - but I am worried about
all the scams out there.

What can I do ? I need this info for my
own use and also for many of my clients
in my own work.

I appreciate any help.

Charles,

I don’t know a lot about this, but ser=veral of the big card banks (Citibank, for one) are international and issue cards to residents of countries other than the US. Why don’t you look up their European websites and see if you can contact them there. I recently saw a website for Capital One the UK, you might want to look that site up too. They have links to their European sites on their main website, I believe. If not, search with google.
