I research a card on this site from Citibank Platnum Select advertising no charge transfer fees. Oh yea, first bill recieved today 58.00 balance transfer fee. Op said no charge called and now sitting on hold. Careful outder

Ric,
I am not sure which website you are referring to, but the Citibank Platinum Select offer does charge a transfer fee. We fully disclose this on our site. I will quote from our “Low Intro Rate Report”:
“The amount of the fee is 3% of the transfer amount with a minimum charge of $5 and a maximum charge of $29.”
