Hi Oleg,
What you need is a merchant account with a financial institution (usually a bank), or a company that sells this kind of service to merchants. It is not easy for small merchants even in the US and Canada.
Here are some links for you to research the information:
http://www.webdevelopersjournal.com/articles/credit_card_merchant_account.html
http://www.wilsonweb.com/wct2/981215merchantcc.htm
I have purchased shareware from individuals in Europe, and they were able to accept checks in US dollars. I sent them the check in postal mail, and they sent me the "key" to operate the software, or to download the fully functional version.
Here are some other payment services sites where you might find help or information:
netbanx -http://www.netinvest.co.uk/ncr/netbanx/index.html
cybercash international -http://www.cybercash.com/company/intl/
Hope this helps. Good luck.
Linda

Oleg,
If you have a smll business just starting out, forget the merchant accounts and follow my advice.
Set up a pay pal account and you can receive payments via email. A client (who has a pay pal account) connects it to his credit card or checking account. He or she then e-mails you the money and it is deposited into your pay pal account.
You e-mail them a receipt with your finished product. If they require a refunf then you e-mail them back a refund.
You can even set your clients up with a pay pal account and deduct authorized payments from their accounts with their password and permission.
I currently have 20 customers who I provide paging services to this way and my mey hod has been problem free.
There is a degree of trust involved but that is worth it and so is the money you will earn and save. Check out
paypal.com
When your business is larger then go for the merchant account.
