I'm shopping for a MasterCard and found this card:
Club Lycos MasterCard issued by Fleet Bank
http://www.lycos.com/apply/index.html
It has a 9.9% ongoing APR (on avg. daily balance), no annual fee, 20-day grace period (from billing date,) and online account management features.
There doesn't seem to be any online review of this particular card on any website, although I think it has the lowest "advertised" interest rate for MasterCard (or any card for that matter.) I have read many complaints about Fleet Bank on this message board, so I'm not sure if I should stay away from Fleet Bank.
Can anyone tells me anything about Club Lycos MasterCard?
E.g., What are the requirements to be accepted for the card? What kind of card is it? Classic? Gold? Platinum? What kind of rewards does it offer? Does it have the best rate among MasterCards?

Tickle Me K'T,
Thanks for you post! The Lycos card is indeed an attractive card, particularly if you are looking for a low rate card with perks. Per your request, I contacted Fleet to verify that they are still offering the 9.9% fixed rate and was informed that this was indeed the case. I was told that the 9.9% offer applies to the "platinum plus" card and that they offered another card with a higher rate (if you aren't accepted for the 9.9% offer). I assume that few applicants actually get the 9.9% offer, as I am sure that they are quite selective.
If you aren't concerned with interest rates, the card is less attractive (strictly from the rewards standpoint). In our "Rewards Card Reports", we rate it 3 out of 5 stars. Click on the "Computer/Internet Rewards" link to see our review, which includes a more detailed description of the reward features of the card.
Hope this helps!
