I just recently came across your site and have found it very useful. I
thought that I should write since I found your site after being very
disappointed with the Live Broadway Visa.

At the beginning of July this card drastically changed its reward structure
without any advance notice - reward values of 10,000 were changed to 15,000
overnight. This is a widespread problem that was even discussed on an
internet bulletion board, where others are dealing with 40,000 or more
miles. Customer service has been completely unresponsive and has simply
said the program is subject to change.
