International Credit Card Usage Fees

Post subject: International Credit Card Usage Fees

I travel EXTENSIVELY abroad. I have residence in both the US and Australia and travel to Europe monthly. All my US cards seem to now charge a 2% foreign currency transaction fee.
Does anyone know of any cards that offer a better service/lower rates to those who travel a lot overseas? Thanks!
