Usually they include a form with the credit report when they send you one. You just fill out the form and tell them what you want to dispute and send it back to them. I did this recently wit Trans Union, I am not sure about the other two.

There is a web-site called legaldocs.com. There you will find on-line forms where you just plug in the information, submit, and print your dispute. The credit forms are a free service. Just remember to be short, sweet and to the point. It is up to the CRA’s to verify the information contained in your report. You might want to first dispute any old addresses, then the harder stuff. Inquiries are not that easy to get rid of. You have to contact the creditor and have them delete them. You may want to check out a site called creditnet.com. The community message board is quite informative. Just about every credit related item has been discussed and there are a variety of people that post reguarly that are eager to help. Good Luck.
