There’re many credit cards provided by companies and banks. In most cases, we can apply the credit card through the internet. But I’m not sure which company and contact address is true or actually exist. So when you apply the credit card, you’ll feel that you have no exact information for this cyber company. Some leave the telephone to contact. When you contact these phones, you often meet some problems, no reply or busy online. Although credit card can bring some convience for us, it really cause some problems for us for we’d spend some terrible time to be afraid of the secure of our payment.

I think he wants to know if there is another way to apply for a card - other than over the internet. The syntax indicates a native language other than English.

My suggestion would be to find the card you want to apply for on the internet, then request that they send information and an application through the mail. You can also walk into any bank (most likely choice is the bank you are already dealing with) and tell them you want a credit card. Most banks can handle it.
