I really love my First bankcard center Platinum card. I have noticed over the years they don't have bogus charges and really seem fair. My rate is 13% but if you want to do a balance transfer, there is no fee and you still have 25 days to pay it off without finance charges. Most cards these days treat a balance transfer as a cash advance which accrues interest from day of charge. I can't think of all the other reasons I like this card but I have been impressed with them over the years. Their phone number is 1-800-688-7070. I'm not sure if they do apps over the phone but they are worth checking out.
