Could anyone give me the low down on what to look for in a first time credit card application situation. Things like college student cards, special offers and low APR’s.

I’m interested in learning more about a low-interest secured credit card. I know what my credit rating is and my credit counselor advised me to visit this site and find out what the best low-interest secured credit card would be for me. Thank You
