I ordereda hotel room through Priceline.com and when the order went through I was charged for 2 rooms instead of the 1 room I wanted. Priceline was unwilling to deduct 1 room. I went to my credit card (First North American National Bank) and they told me to wait for it to show up on my bill and then fill out a dispute form. I did that and waited for a response. After a few weeks I started calling them, but got no answers except it would take up to 60 days to resolve. I became frustrated and cancelled the card. A week or two later I recv a letter from them saying I did not respond to their lettr and the dispute has been cancelled. I cannot reach anyone there that will do anything to help me. Who can I go to to make them resolve this issue?
